- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆I disliked FOCUS merging with Envision. It took away the one on one contact with employees I have known all my life. The only good thing is that some of them are still there. But Envision makes it impossible to talk someone directly. Then they charge for you to withdraw your own money.I just stay because its all I know.
